Most notably, I led the evolution of our B2B marketing strategy when Glassdoor was acquired by Recruit Holdings (2018) and when we entered a GTM partnership with Indeed (2020). My team repositioned Glassdoor’s B2B offering, updated messaging and collateral, and rebuilt the demand gen engine. Collaborating with Sales and SDR teams, we scaled targeted demand gen programs to boost win rates and average deal size for priority accounts.
