(professional cleaning and hygiene business: 480t/month, cosmetics 5 million units/ month). 180 employees. • Identify and train sales representatives directly and indirectly. Development and qualification of distributors in Brazil. (sanitizing) • Develop and launch of differentiated products with higher contribution margin. • Industry strategic planning with creativity and technique to overcome the limitation of resources. • Prepare production lines for new products or adapting existing ones and installing new equipment. As well as the facilities for cost reduction. • Manage the Purchasing Department with the main objective to reduce costs without affecting the quality of the final product. • Design and implement administrative and operational structure flexible to market variability. Identifying talent, train and use them as multipliers. • Manage the obtaining of operation licenses at the local, state and federal government. • Approval of over 90% in quality audits performed by customers, due to the implementation of manuals of procedures and responsibilities, internal audits, action plans and constant employee training.
