"When companies grow quickly, there are more things to do than people to do them. If you’re offered a seat on a rocket ship, don’t ask what seat. Just get on." I have been deeply involved with iFood since its early days through my role at Movile, overseeing its growth as a Board Member and later as Interim CFO. During my tenure as CFO, I successfully led a $500M USD fundraising round, driving iFood's rapid expansion to become one of the fastest-scaling startups in Latin America and a leader in the region’s food delivery sector. Even after leaving Movile, I maintain a personal equity stake in iFood, which today constitutes the majority of Movile’s value. iFood remains one of the most prominent technology companies in Latin America, with Movile as its holding company.
