    2020

Angel Investor and occasional advisor to Talently and its founding team pretty early in their process. Talently was my first investment activity right before leaving my operating role at Rappi and prior to starting Prince Capital. Very important milestone in my career!

  • Partner

    2021 - 2023

  • Head of Sales

    2020 - 2021

Led the restaurants acquisition efforts in Brazil. End-to-end ownership of the sales process from leads-generation, through clients on-boarding, first-sale and merchants success. Together with the team we re-designed the sales team compensation structure driving 1.3x growth in GMV from new partnerships while driving our operating costs down. Wore different hats collaborating with Growth, Product and People teams.

  • Special Project Manager

    2019 - 2020

Firstly tasked with re-designing our strategy for the top brands in Argentina that were at the time accountable for +20% of our monthly GMV. Portfolio grew 1,5x in 3 months and we increased our # of stores by 30% gaining more coverage and boosting service levels. Implemented marketing campaigns to boost sales and conversion rates, and oversaw key operational metrics that have a direct impact in the end-user experience. Delivery times broken down by stage of the order, defect rates, cancellations, and user satisfaction levels. Secondly, tasked with launching RappiBox. A new vertical of affordable lunches for highly densified offices areas in Buenos Aires. Launch strategy included B2B marketing, referral programs, and even a laser-focused OOH campaign in our coverage area. The project aimed to boost orders during lunch time and enhance our value proposition, driving higher purchase frequency in a determined user segment.

  • City Manager

    2018 - 2019

As part of a cities launch team within Rappi I was tasked with launching our operations in Rosario, Argentina's third largest city by finding and hiring the best local people, building long-lasting relationships with top brands, coordinating efforts with growth team and running referral programs to acquire users, what at the time was most efficient for the business.

  • Launch Team

    2018 - 2018

Among the first 3 employees in Cordoba, for what back then was the second city to be launched by Rappi in Argentina. My day-to-day work was mostly signing up the top restaurant chains in the city to the platform so we could drive early marketplace liquidity by having top supply of the most recognized brands among Rappi's target audience. We went from 0 to 50 brands within 2 months and launched the 3rd most successful city in terms of time to accomplish the first 10,000 orders. Coordinated the geographical expansion to new areas in the city, making sure we could guarantee the right restaurants supply but also that we counted with the resources to handle a sudden surge in demand in less-densified areas.

  • CoFounder

    2016 - 2017

My first experience in the SMBs industry, specially working within the Restaurants business owners. We provided their venues with powerbanks to enhance their customers in-store experience. Battery life was not as good as it's now and users were desperate to charge their phones. We would sell sponsorship / advertising to large companies that wanted to own the image of the devices.

  • Co-Founder

    2014 - 2015

Woffer was the go-to-place for local offers / deals / discounts in fashion brands in Argentina. We partnered up with the marketing departments in the top shopping malls so we would communicate alongside them the most attractive time for people to buy, depending on which credit-cards, or bank accounts they had. We went from idea to MVP in 2 months, and started having early adopters within the first 30 days. Since launch month 1, we had around 2,500 page visits and 200 email subscribers.
