• Managed 30 physician practice acquisitions and onboarding of more than 125 Primary and Specialty Care Physicians over six years, producing $100M incremental annual practice revenue to the health system. • Established a urology hub on the Upper East Side of NYC by closing a practice acquisition transaction, which transferred physician affiliations to Northwell Health Lenox Hill Hospital for a market share gain of 5 Physicians generating over $3M annual revenue. • Led execution of a primary care practice acquisition transaction in the strategic Five Towns, NY market and transferred physician affiliations to Northwell Health Valley Stream Hospital for a market share gain of 4 Physicians, 6 Providers generating over $3M annually. • Launched the initial family medicine presence for Northwell Health in Port Jefferson, NY, with a practice acquisition transaction of 4 Providers and transfer of physician affiliations to Mather Hospital, later acquired by Northwell, gaining $2M annual revenue.

• Monitored 6 key account portfolios in direct investments in energy efficiency, LED and high-intensity commercial lighting, air filtration, manufacturing efficiency, and industrial sensors. • Held director positions on 5 company boards as a member and chairman of audit, investor relations, and compensation committees. • Led the Orion Energy Systems Series C financing with a $7M investment, netting a $13M gain on exit via IPO for 169% IRR, and became an observer on the board of directors. • Collaborated with CPower Inc. on a $12M equity investment, producing an $8M gain on the sale to Constellation Energy for 19% IRR. • Cooperatively led a $10M equity investment in DIRTT Environmental, generating $7M on the sale of interest via an IPO for 21% IRR. • Managed a team raising over $100M in committed equity capital in Funds I & II for one of the first dedicated clean technology venture capital firms backed by high-net-worth individuals, family offices, foundations, corporations, and pension funds.
