Recruited as the fifth employee to participate in translating Constellation’s venture-backed scientific business plan into a drug discovery platform capable of rapidly delivering novel epigenetic drugs to market. Built and led teams of full-time and contract engineers implementing a novel software product line, called Northstar, which catalyzed the delivery of small molecule drugs through the discovery pipeline into Phase I clinical trials. Led the design and build-out of Constellation’s IT infrastructure while adhering to tight budgets and timelines providing a roadmap allowing for support of 80 FTEs, ~40 external resources, and a subsequent $95MM collaboration with a large global pharmaceutical. Impact: Supported all technology needs of Constellation’s business plan under aggressive timelines and budget
