Built and led the North American Talent Acquisition function, accountable for establishing and delivering forecasting, development, management and execution of talent planning, acquisition, on-boarding and diversity in support of all businesses. Manage the TA function and 60+ person recruitment team which provides full-cycle recruitment, driving recruitment from requisition creation through selection and credentialing; managing an average of 1100 vacancies per month. Creatively source and fill 3,400 + positions annually; championed and implemented a robust Social Media strategy encompassing both external/ internal assets, integration with corporate brand and development of multi-year roadmap. Built Commercial expansion recruitment strategy which drove 11 separate sales force expansions within 2015 - 2016 producing over 1700 Field Sales hires on-time, within budget and exceeding satisfaction benchmarks. Designed and implemented a best in class Employee Referral Program that has led to 30% of hires. Integrated contingent labor program across all entities to ensure consistency in rates, hiring process, compliance and cost savings. Implemented Taleo as the Global ATS for legacy Genzyme organization and all businesses in NA. Created and implemented an University Relations program focused on building a pipeline of millennial talent for the organization.
