I advise the MOH on approaches to regulatory policy, regulatory operations, intelligence gathering and regulatory transformation, especially in emerging healthcare services, care models or new technologies like AI (particularly in the regulations looking at the convergence of healthcare services, technologies and professionals). Specifically, the RAP advises MOH on its next 5-year Health Regulation Strategy. My contribution is in advising on disruptive technology and business trends, encouraging MOH to be more adaptive in an uncertain future.
