Assist in all phases of client engagement from preparation of offering memorandum, construction of financial models, marketing, due diligence and transaction execution.

Middle market investment bank primarily engaged in the sell-side representation of family owned private businesses. Responsibilities included construction of detailed financial and valuation models, preparation of offering memorandums, buyers lists and valuation reports, assistance in due diligence process, and preparation and delivery of presentations to senior management, strategic buyers and financial sponsors. Additional responsibilities included senior project management of PCE Indexes and construction of newsletters focused on healthcare investment banking trends.

Played instrumental role in transitioning fund from idea to a $30MM reality. Developed all financial models including those utilized in marketing to potential investors and those utilized in the pricing of mezzanine debt securities. Trained a four person intern and analyst team in business valuation, securities pricing and due diligence. Upon completion of fund raising, helped to market the fund to potential referral sources including lawyers, CPA's and wealth managers.
