Achievements over 1 year: - Built MVP, validated and soft-launched product - Announced collaboration with Apple's Health group: we brought End-to-End Encryption to healthcare - Managed through a pivot to focus on user auth first, encryption second - Onboarded several paying, Beta customers, such as Hasso Plattner's (SAP co-founder & chairman) Health Cloud project with a mission to build a digital healthcare platform for all German citizens, social network companies such as Caret.co, AYO.LIVE, healthcare startups like AmbulApps, Allergistic and several more. Custom built a new gaming server (two Quad Intel i7 processors, Samsung’s 128 gig RAM, Raid5 SSD samsung drives, it’s super fast and flawless machine) turned into a VMware ESXi to run SAGE and other apps; Brand new website with WordPress CMS; Established and setup all Social media for the business (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, AngiesList, BBB, Yelp, Google, Yahoo, Bing, Houzz) Implemented & negotiated Fiber optic internet & managed VOIP telephones from Consolidated Communication for $850 monthly, 50 Mbps, 3yrs, upgrade from At&t 6 Mbps DSL and analog phones. Trained Staff on security and all things tech. I resigned so the Pros from CREsolution.com / Taleghani Brothers ($60,000 implementation contract) to finish the accounting side with in-house CFO, Melissa Johnstone, CPA ($100,000 salary), and so they have autonomy to complete the project.
