In addition, worked directly with CRO to improve sales processes resulting in a quadrupling of revenue over the hold period. Also, member of audit and compensation committees which oversaw annual audit and developed incentive plans for senior executives, respectively.

Also, was general manager for the turnaround of a field branch operation which resulted in significant cost savings and ultimately was integrated with another business unit.
