During his tenure, David helped lead the firm's investments in Bolder Surgical (acquired by Hologic), Veran Medical Technologies (acquired by Olympus), Advanced Practice Strategies (acquired by Relias Learning), TissueTech (sold to financial sponsor), NICO Corp (acquired by Stryker), and OrthAlign Inc. David also worked intimately with other portfolio companies including SurgiQuest (acquired by Conmed Corp.), Accelecare (acquired by Healogics), and PerfectServe (acquired by K1 Investment Management) and helped formulate the firms healthcare investment strategy. Prior to River Cities, David served as a principal, sales associate, and investment advisor with American Financial Group and completed extensive financial, consumer branding, and sales and marketing training programs with Merrill Lynch and Procter & Gamble.
