    I work on the amazing platform to help create/run businesses with "subscription as a service" model to our customers. Our platform makes it easier to manage your subscribers, charge them and much more. I work as a full stack developer of the platform. Most of our tasks we solve with the help of great Ruby language and Ruby and Rails Framework. Our platform is very flexible, and we do a lot of integrations and modern solutions on the technical side as well. Full Stake title means I also work a lot with Front End side. One of my work achievements was to create one of the customer products from scratch and make it smoothly work with React.js + Ruby and Rails stack.

    Worked on food-tech startup for ERP system development based on YII framework. I worked within very small team and our tasks was to maintain and add new features to ERP system. The system allowed managing/store all our clients/suppliers and even manage production of all dishes. One of my main achievement was to make the email system integration which allowed very efficient way to use email marketing to attract new customers.     Provided support of integration solutions (IBM Integration Bus, IBM Business Process Manager, IBM WebSphere MQ, IBM FileNet) on the Touch Bank project. I was maintaining the health of the systems, communicating with the suppliers and the clients, and assigning tasks to the developers of the modules. I was also engaged in release management and participated in the development.

Configured monitoring with Zabbix from scratch, automated processes through writing scripts, developed and maintained documentation and instructions for the support team.     Administrated SMS platform for messaging. Provided testing and monitoring of services and communication channels, managed message routing to the vendors. Successfully transferred clients to the new version of the platform, developed business processes and documentation for the support team.

    Technical support for the customers. Diagnosed and resolved defects, escalating the tasks to other departments, when necessary. Provided monitoring of equipment and data center services.
