Acquired by Acquia. Early AI product, predictive analytics in consumer marketing. I wrote the book on Predictive Marketing (with Omer Artun) published with Wiley and helped to create the Customer Data Platform (CDP) market. Responsible for end-to-end go to market strategy: increased web traffic 400% and publishing 30+ customer stories. Built and ran 20-person SDR team. Achieved major PR in national news outlets including Fox Business, CNN, Forbes, Business Week, and The Wall Street Journal. Elected Gartner Cool Vendor report and included in first Gartner's Magic Quadrant report.

Acquired by Great Hill Partners. Merged with Catalyst. With young kids, I decided to step back from CEO-ing for a few years. Created the customer success management market. Established the first US office of an Israeli startup. Totango used AI to analyze customer engagement and optimize customer lifetime value. I organized the industry's first customer success conference, customer success meetups, research, and content. For the company, I created the go to market model, strategy, and built a high-velocity inbound marketing machine.
Totango is customer success software that helps businesses drive product adoption, prevent churn, and grow expansion revenue.
Raised $146,600,000.00 from Great Hill Partners, Pitango VC, Canvas Ventures and Benhamou Global Ventures.
Interim CMO (Sabbatical 1)
2010 - 2011
After a long tenure at LogLogic, during which I rose to CEO and also birth-ed (if that's a word) three children, I took my first sabbatical. I worked for the Society for Environmental Journalism, studied Positive Psychology, and helped friends with their startups such as Fundly, which provided social media fundraising for non-profits. Successful pivot from political fundraising culminating in Series A investment.

Responsible for major OEM deals, company's cloud strategy and acquisition of Exaprotect.
