Led a consortium of investors (Bytedance, RVC, SBI) as CEO-designate to bid for the Digital Wholesale Bank (DWB) license in Singapore. Designed and developed a strong proposal for the small and mid size SME banking business. Was one of the finalist for the DWB license but not selected for the two licenses awarded. Managed to confirm 10 out of 11 strong candidates as direct reports to the CEO.
