Stanford Center on Longevity Futures Project on Education and Learning for Longer Lives had the purpose to convene a diverse group of thought leaders to consider how the systems of education and employment we inherit from the twentieth century need to be refashioned to accommodate ever- lengthening lifespans. We will focus especially on how the gift of longer lives can enable more equitable economic prosperity and civic flourishing for people across the entire spectrum of socioeconomic advantages and disadvantages.
