The Women Leadership Programme, launched by the European Commission, offers a specialized platform for mentoring, skill development, and networking tailored to empower women entrepreneurs and researchers. My focus is to support with mentorship, pitch review and facilitating industry and investor connections.

Deep Tech VC

Origination and execution of seed and Series A investments in critical technology - including AI (TitanML) and semiconductors (Intrinsic, Codasip and ForefrontRF). Building and leveraging a network of senior industry experts, academics, technology transfer professionals (TTOs), and corporate operators to scout and evaluate investment opportunities. Supporting portfolio companies (Papercup, VyperCore, TitanML, Intrinsic) as a Board observer, aiding in Series A+ fundraising rounds across the UK, Europe, and the US. Organising industry-wide networking events in European capitals (London, Milan, Paris), as well as female-specific events through the Women in DeepTech network. Publishing thought leadership articles on semiconductors and advancements in AI, including "AI Acceleration in Silicon" and the #DeepThoughts series. Quoted by Sifted in articles discussing leading companies in AI hardware ("11 AI Startups to Watch, According to Investors") and the energy requirements of AI.

Ventures Associate

Built and implemented sourcing strategy to increase corporate exposure to early and later-stage startup technologies, working with innovation teams and cross-functional leadership. Led pre-seed and seed deals in industrials and enterprise, syndicating rounds with co-investors. Hired and managed direct reports of the Ventures team across three Italian offices.

Consulted with clients such as international corporates, government entities and NGOs to identify process inefficiencies and implement enterprise software tools. Sourced and managed software vendors through RFI, RFP and RFQ proposals.
