I spent six weeks touring 17 US cities of different sizes and I met with more than 90 leaders from universities, civil organizations, public servants, businessmen and entrepreneurs. The goal was to analyze different development strategies that promote public-private collaboration projects as a way of approaching local problems or challenges. EF memeber.

2019 - 2021

Delivery Units, Future Federal Agenda and public-private Projects. Result-based management model (planning, coordination and monitoring) carried out in inter-ministerial coordination (work groups, monitoring meetings and OKRs indicators). The public-private innovation projects wanted to find a solution for complex problems with a focus on COVID-19, the Knowledge Economy, Connectivity, Science and the Economic and Social Council. Finally, I collaborated with the design and implementation of the National Social and Economic Council.

I worked in the diversification of the economy matrix of the city by developing a public-private method called the 3P model: North Industrial Park, Exhibition Center Place & the International Port. I was also responsable for the Startup Accelerator, the Internationalization of the city, Tourism office , Labor office , Education programs, Monitoring government OKRs and Strategic Planning.

Co Founder

2013 - 2014

The startup consisted of the manufacturing and the marketing of hangers made from 100% recycled cardboard. As Co-Founder, I focused on the strategic planning and business plan development and the institutional relations.
