Founded by Francisco Milagres, Mirach Ventures brings clarity where there is complexity, helping businesses thrive in an increasingly abundant, digital, and challenging future. Incorporated in 2011 in Brazil and the USA, the company offers many services, including inspiring lectures, practical training, strategic consulting, transformative mentoring, and structuring boards and committees, with expertise in strategy, technology, and innovation. Mirach Ventures is one of the few companies in the world connected to the innovative global platform OpenExO, created by Salim Ismail, founder of Singularity University and author of the influential books Exponential Organizations (2016), Exponential Transformations (2019) and Exponential Organizations 2.0 (2023) — the latter two developed in collaboration with Francisco Milagres. Located in Guarapuava, in the Center of Paraná, the southern region of Brazil, the Santa Maria Group is one of the 100 largest companies in Paraná. It stands out in paper, reforestation, agriculture, and energy. For over 60 years, Santa Maria began her activities serving the national timber market. In the 1970s, it diversified its activities with the introduction of the first paper production machine, in addition to the construction of a hydroelectric plant. In the 1980s, the paper unit was expanded with the installation of a second machine. In the Group, I will be an external member of the compliance & internal audit committee.
