‘Be’ human connection as you ‘do’ human connection.
Talks about Service Design, Relational Design and Team Culture
Deepr is an award-winning employee experience and relational design consultancy. We're trusted by leaders at Google, TrueLayer, YMCA, British Red Cross and many more. At Deepr, Holly leads on design best practice. She was part of the team that created the award-winning* Human Connection Framework – a suite of tools for designing better connection into working environments, and has since worked with several organisations to adopt and embed these practices. She's worked with Google to create better collaboration across their design teams, designed and facilitated creative workshops that enabled a collaborative approach to creating scientific research questions at the London Institute for Medical Sciences, helped TrueLayer with their employee experience, and most recently has been working with Natural England and the Office for Environmental Protection on projects that endeavour to foster better collaboration across stakeholders throughout the UK to ensure a better future for nature and wildlife. *Awarded 'Judge's Pick' at the London Design Biennale, 2021
