Work Experience

  • Founder and Managing Partner

    2009 - Current

I founded Monte Carlo Capital (MCC) initially as an angel investor deploying my own capital. Over the years, MCC evolved into a venture firm that combines a fund with SPVs, investing in early-stage technology companies with the potential to solve big problems or drive 10X efficiency improvements in large markets. As an angel investor, I led over 50 investments across 23 companies, often across multiple rounds. MCC has invested over $7M in a single business in successive financings. Today, we no longer lead rounds, but act as highly strategic co-investors alongside world-class VCs. Today, MCC invests in seed-stage technology-driven businesses in the US, UK, and Europe across sectors. Our hybrid investment model includes: 🔹 A fund (now closed)– Writing €250K–€350K first checks in 30 companies. The next fund will be launched Q1 2026 🔹 SPVs for Co-Investment with the Fund – 7 deals per year, ranging from €500K to €1M, enabling investors to deploy significantly more capital beyond the fund’s capacity. 🔹 Backing Exceptional Founders – Co-investing alongside top global VCs like Valor Equity Partners, Insight Partners, Seraphim Space, FJ Labs, Kima Ventures, Y Combinator, Wellington, Aglaé Ventures, Panakes, and more. Join Our Investor Network MCC’s investor base is primarily HNWIs and family principals who seek access to top-tier venture deals.
