Brought in to help support a struggling product team as a second PM as part of the (at the time) recently completely acquisition of Megaphone. Ultimately ended up leading said product team for several months while engaging key team leaders across the business unit to help stabilise a product team that was without leadership at the time, and lead a push to shift the organisation from a primarily sales-led operation that they had been pre-acquisition to a product/design led org that fit within the Spotify ecosystem.

Built an external product team to deliver a location-based checker tool that was required on an accelerated timeline after a Supreme Court case ratified the FCA's appeal to allow small businesses in the UK to claim business interruption insurance for COVID-related claims. Our team took this product from an initial idea to a deployed, enterprise-grade solution in just 8 weeks. As well as managing the product development with a small team that included a product designer and an internal statistician at the FCA, I also led the development with a small team of developers, collaborating with the internal IT team on deployment. This work was done in collaboration with Herbert Smith Freehills, as part of as part of an internal effort to provide technology solutions to their legal clients as a value add.

Built a hybrid internal/external product team to deliver a ML-driven price prediction tool used to instantly built price quotes for legal cases at the UK's leading litigation firm. As well as managing the product development with small team that included a product designer and a statistician, I also wrote the code and designed the infrastructure for the whole application myself, collaborating with the internal IT team on deployment. Between the internal and external aspects of this team, we were ultimately spearheading the digital ventures within HSF. We not only built the first custom software utilised within the firm, but laid the groundwork for the firm to begin offering technology solutions to their legal clients.

Built a neural-net driven tool that allowed Droga5 to search Instagram in ways that are completely impossible with the current API. The tool was built to support a campaign called 'No Likes Given', where a series of images with no likes were showcased in a gallery in New York. This campaign was in support of the movement to support the mental health of social media users by removing the count of 'likes' on Instagram, a move which Instagram has since implemented.

Product Manager brought in to revive a dying project to refresh the company's web platform. Managed both in house and remote developers, designers and QA testers to bring the platform to launch Simultaneously collaborated with the design team to build out new physical product lines and manage global operations for the delivery of thousands and thousands of post cards and other gift items per month
