While in this role I achieved the following: Instigated an international commercialization plan for the company's two products, WebSpy, and Inspection Manager , Employed over 50 full time staff, raised a total of $9.15million in working capital, established and managed overseas offices in London and Seattle, increased the number of shareholders in the company from 400 to over 2000, sold off non-core intellectual property and business to a value of $3.7million, generated total software revenue in excess of $25million, was awarded BRW and Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in 2004 ranked 18th in recognition of innovation and growth. acquired an e-commerce company valued at $8million and generating $300million of transactions for equity in WebSpy.

Identifying the need for the provision of information services to small and mid-sized business, I started a company specializing in installing and maintaining computer networks. In late 1994, started design work for a software application catering to the oil and gas industry, in the area of subsea inspection. In 1995 the project won a Western Australian Innovation Support Scheme grant and Federal Government funding for innovation towards commercialization of $300,000. Inspection Manager, was launched in 1997, and by 1999 was in use internationally for offshore asset and subsea inspection monitoring and reporting. In 1998 launched WebSpy, an application for the monitoring and reporting of a company's internal usage of internet resources; sold to a publicly listed company.

Provider of underwater intervention services for the oil and gas industry.; After working in the Gulf of Thailand as a commercial diver in support of offshore oil and gas construction, I returned to Australia working with Contract Diving Services. First employed as a Diver and then in 1989 promoted to Diving Supervisor. In 1991 appointed as the Operations Coordinator, at the time the company employed 100 personnel in field operations on a 24 hour basis providing diving and ROV operations Australia wide. Responsible for all company field operational procedures and quality control systems including diver and equipment certification.
