Overview
Work Experience
Vice President, Marketing Operations
2025 - Current
Spearheading a newly created function that creates and converts strategy into repeatable, scalable execution. I oversee our martech stack, insights & analytics, product & AI tooling, GTM operations & workflows, and enablement programs—engineering the systems and processes that let the entire marketing team and broader global GC organization move faster, measure smarter, and drive more impact.
Vice President, Content & Engagement
2022 - 2025
As VP of Content & Engagement at General Catalyst, I spent the past three years architecting a global content and events engine that powered 500+ gatherings, executive summits, and community touchpoints—engaging tens of thousands of founders, investors, operators, and policymakers worldwide. I revamped all GC‑owned channels—web, social, newsletters, microsites, and video—paired them with a unified martech and analytics stack, and translated campaign insights into stories that amplified our brand, fueled deal flow, and expanded our social reach and content consumption at record pace.

Vice President, Platform
2021 - 2022
At FirstMark, I launched and scaled Guilds, a suite of invite‑only peer networks for C‑suite leaders—from CFOs and CTOs to CROs—representing breakout companies such as Figma, Datadog, Pinterest, Shopify, Airtable, and The New York Times. Guilds became the centerpiece of the firm’s platform strategy, delivering curated playbooks, intimate events, and cross‑portfolio collaboration that meaningfully moved the needle for venture‑backed operators. I also launched a pre-IPO bootcamp called Public School for ~50 CEOs & CFOs on the verge of entering the public markets. I also owned all portfolio and community engagement, producing 100+ programs a year—among them five flagship summits for CEOs, CTOs, CPOs, CROs, and CMOs—and co‑organizing the Hardwired, Data Driven, Design Driven, and Code Driven meetup series that grew to 45K members in NYC. By pairing these events with an integrated content and digital platform, I amplified the success of 75+ FirstMark companies and strengthened the broader startup ecosystem. Promoted to Vice President from Lead.

Head of Community
2015 - 2018
At Blue Apron, I ran community and social from the company’s high‑growth phase through its NYSE IPO, expanding our audience from 75K to 2.5M across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels. I launched an in‑house UGC initiative that inspired our second national TV campaign with Droga5, built and led a full‑stack video team overseeing concept, shoots, edits, publishing, and performance, and drove a channel strategy that flexed with every new trend. Partnering closely with growth, product, engineering, partnerships, supply chain, creative, HR, and legal, I designed processes that carried content from idea to execution while keeping the brand compliant, consistent, and conversion‑ready.
