    Founded on the premise of making mobile email truly actionable, I began exploring new ways to turn simple gestures and canned responses as a way to deal with email on the go. Along the way, I merged the idea with an existing team in Austin, Texas. Together we built our first iOS version of Boxer, an alternate email client that quickly became a top app in the iTunes App Store. After leaving the team, I stayed on as an expert advisor as they created tablet and Android versions of Boxer. Boxer was sold to VMWare in October of 2015.
