Led a team of 30 people and introduced a new org set-up going from a headcount of 50 to 30 to empower each person with more responsibility.     2014 - 2015

    I drove 4300km across India in an auto rickshaw for charity. No rute, no guides, just me and my friend lost in India. The one-year build-up for the run included crowdfunding for rainforest protection and restoration, building partnerships with sponsors and media, writing multi-page freelance features for the regional media group, Jysk Fynske Medier (840.000 households), and coordinating and executing inspirational events on travelling for young people looking to travel in their gap years.
