Our music industry advisory is on a mission to bring our business experience to improve the success and fairness music industry, improving the financial health of music professionals and organizations. This creates more independence of subsidies and fosters creativity. White Forest Strategic Finance assists its clients in realising their strategy by finding the best suitable funding solution for each strategic phase or plan, including bank financing, venture capital, private debt and -equity, informal investors, family offices, asset-based financing, supply chain finance and crowdfunding.

Investing and advising on impact start- and scale-ups (climate tech, mobility and deep tech) and Non-Typical Investment Cases (e.g. First-of-a-Kind Facilities, large scale enengery transition projects). Broad range of task: deal origination, forming of consortia, capital structuring, deal negotiation, legal documentation, venture building and non-exectuive board positions, M&A and exits. Co-coordinating set up of a new EUR 100 mio venture captial fund in the deep tech domain.

Brabant C is a public investment fund for culture and the creative industry. Focus is on supporting large cultural projects and organizations with international potential. My role is mainly to assess and advise on the business model, team and entrepreneurship of the projects (>50 projects) Furthermore, I am part of a thinktank for the future financing of the cultural sector (less dependance on subsidies).

Midpoint House of Leisure contributes as economic development organization to the strategy of Midpoint Brabant Leisure, in economic, social and landscape areas. House of Leisure converts this strategy into concrete results. House of Leisure also works on other assignments spread over Brabant and invests in the leisure offering with our own Leisure Development Fund. Main responsibility was the deployment of the recently closed Dutch Growth Lending program to the Dutch and German lending markets. Focus on developing marketing and origination strategies, building a highly skilled international team, strengthening business partner network, managing key accounts, improving credit process, deal structuring and closing. This EUR 1 billion target lending program is backed by renowned US investment private equity firm KKR (app. EUR 150 billion assets under management) and UK asset manager Schoders Asset management (app. EUR 450 billion assets under management). Schroders is also a strategic shareholder in NEOS. The program's aim is to enable promising Dutch and German businesses to grow and succeed by offering EUR 750k to EUR 8 million term loans.

ICC is a privately owned Dutch advisory firm (app. 40 FTE), focused on strategic finance, treasury/market risk manangement and macro economic advisory services for Dutch mid corporate firms and institutions (EUR 20 mio -1 bio turnover) As Consultancy Director I was part of the senior management team and responsible for all consultancy activities of ICC, including: - Commercial & strategic policy development as member of management team - New business generation & deal making (approximately 50 assignments per year) - Key account management & heading deal teams - Product development & improvement (ICC advisory concept) - Quality and service level of consultancy - Direction of external consultants team (>10 FTE) - Selection, training & coaching of consultants - Hands-on consultant in major strategic finance & banking projects - Relationship management for past, current and future clients.
