• Strategic Growth Leadership: Senior Management Committee Member for nearly 20 years, contributing to Canada’s Development Bank (BDC) transformation from a $7.2B to a $55B institution, with net income growth from $55M to over $1B and client base expansion from 20K to 100K. • BDC Capital Transformation: Founded and scaled BDC Capital, delivering a comprehensive suite of capital solutions for entrepreneurs across Canada, from seed funding to growth equity and subordinated financing. • Investment Leadership: Led the transformation of BDC Capital’s Venture Capital unit, expanding the team from 25 to 165 investment professionals and scaling the portfolio from $750M to over $8B. Achieved $1.5B in proceeds over the past four years, establishing BDC Capital as Canada’s most active venture capital investor.
