Together with Norm Smallwood, Joe Folkman, Gene Dalton and Paul Thompson, we grew this HR forward boutique emphasizing strategy implementation and career and leadership development. The firm was formed to commercialize the research of Dalton and Thompson. Eventually merged to create Provant (Nasdaq), the first major, publicly traded, learning and development firm.
