I am responsible of Business & Operational Development of the Company (GHA) and strategic planning direction & implementation. Responsible for financial and operational milestones of new Air Cargo / Ground Handling projects. Directly responsible of developing strong and lasting customer relationships related with all ground handling and air cargo activities in MEX station. I am in charge of negotiations with Airlines and Freight Forwarders cargo handling agreements. Directly responsible of signing SGHA and SLA´s and ensuring that all signed contracts and SLA´s are fulfilled and maintained. I have been directly involved in obtaing several accreditations for the company such as : ISO9001 , OHSAS 18001 , ACC3 validations, RA3 validation, COSA 17.4 ( Operador de Carga Seguro- Mexico , AEO ( Authorized Economic Operator) , CEIV- pharma (IATA) & BDP (pharma )

ANAFAC is the National Association of Bonded Warehouses that represents and defends the interests of its members, promoting both collective and individual development within the air cargo handling & warehousing sectors in Mexico. Its mission is to be the voice of leading companies in the handling, custody, and storage of air cargo at the country's main customs, as well as in supporting services for airlines, known as "Ground Handling." With a vision to be the association with the greatest national and international presence, ANAFAC aims to establish effective and efficient communication with government entities and stakeholders in international trade (air cargo), such as customs brokers, freight forwarders air carriers , facilitating the development and growth of its members. ANAFAC es la Asociación Nacional de Almacenes Fiscalizados que representa y defiende los intereses de sus agremiados, promoviendo el desarrollo colectivo e individual en el sector de almacenes fiscalizados en México. Su misión es ser la voz de las empresas líderes en manejo, custodia y almacenaje de carga aérea en las principales aduanas del país, así como en servicios de apoyo a aerolíneas, conocidos como "Ground Handling". Con una visión de ser la asociación con mayor presencia nacional e internacional, busca establecer una comunicación eficaz y eficiente con las entidades gubernamentales, y actores del comercio exterior (carga Aérea) facilitando el desarrollo y crecimiento de sus miembros.
