Led two investment analyst teams across early- and growth-stage CVC funds, managing sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, term sheets, and IC presentations. Oversaw 11 deals (Series A–D) spanning B2B SaaS (GenAI for regtech), energy (microgrids, EMS, battery tech), and decarbonization. Directed development of a new early-stage CVC fund, crafting its charter and theses, and securing C-suite approval for its launch. Revamped M49’s CVC fund design workshops with an end-to-end redesign informed by prior delivery learnings, enhancing the offering’s value and client outcomes. Delivered client and internal team trainings on due diligence, valuation, and investment terms.

VC-backed, AI-powered enterprise SaaS platform designed to extract business data from complex commercial contracts for purposes of process automation and business intelligence. As a precursor to inPact, I started LexKnights Pte. Ltd. as a solo founder: a bootstrapped, legaltech SaaS company offering automated contract assembly solutions for SMEs and D2C. LexKnights was selected to take part in the first cohort in the GLIDE Legaltech Accelerator Program by the Singapore Academy of Law, Singapore’s first LegalTech Accelerator. It was revenue-generating and showed promise in pilots, particularly with DealPro used at the leading Singapore real estate agency. With my inPact Co-Founder, a brilliant PhD in AI workload acceleration, we shifted to AI contract analytics for enterprise in search for greater scalability, defensibility and willingness to pay.

Consultative business development driving multi-functional sales and tech architecture teams to shape technology transformations for Oracle’s most strategic clients in financial services. The role involved working with the Oracle Cloud Startup Accelerator to help drive innovation partnerships and sales opportunities between the cohort startups and Oracle’s MNC clients. I also led the relationship with R3 Corda in ASEAN, co-presenting Oracle-R3’s joint offerings at the Singapore Fintech Festival and exploring potential collaborations across the respective client networks.

Extensive experience in digital transformations for financial institutions across Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on Sales Ops functions accelerating growth and improving customer experiences. This includes designing, directing the development and implementation of custom relationship manager mobile apps (CRM++) with process re-engineering and salesforce training, as well as defining and implementing data analytics pipelines an to predict customer trends and target business growth opportunities, managing cross-functional teams of data scientists, developers and business analysts. Worked on projects across main APAC markets including Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Hong Kong.
