Business Advisor
2024 - Current
The São José dos Campos Technological Innovation Park (PIT SJC) was created by the Municipality of São José dos Campos and the Government of the State of São Paulo to drive science, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. With a synergistic environment, it fosters cooperation between companies and research institutions for R&D projects, contributing to the region’s sustainable and competitive development. One of its key initiatives is structuring projects to help companies access public funding for technological innovation. On February 21, 2025, BNDES and FINEP launched a call for proposals to establish or expand R&D&I Centers, with a total budget of R$ 3 billion. Foreign companies can access these funds as long as they have a Brazilian CNPJ and carry out R&D investments in Brazil. Submissions will be open from March 7 to June 30, 2025. As a Business Advisor at PIT SJC, I help expand its reach and attract new opportunities, supporting companies in structuring projects aligned with initiatives such as the BNDES and FINEP call for proposals.

As Vice President of Investments, Startup Relations, and Ecosystem Partnerships, my role encompasses: Investment Strategy: Guiding the investment strategy and attracting additional funding as needed. Professor in MBA programs
2024
At Trevisan, I teach in multiple MBA programs, including: • Private Equity, Venture Capital & M&A • Financial Management and Controllership with a Focus on Digital Transformation • Cryptoassets Across these programs, I cover a range of topics such as corporate finance, entrepreneurial finance, valuation, innovation, strategic fundraising, and decision strategies based on game theory. My role goes beyond teaching: I bridge theory and practice using real-world cases, data-driven analysis, and insights from my own professional experience. The goal is to equip professionals, entrepreneurs, and future investors with the clarity and tools to make strategic decisions in dynamic and often high-stakes environments. One of the most rewarding aspects of this work is seeing students apply classroom concepts to real investment rounds, acquisitions, or innovation strategies — and later return to share the results. That kind of feedback is one of the clearest signs that we're making a difference.
