This increased revenues by adding a new set of clients. - Newsletter DealWatch Today: I developed the newsletter, which generated an additional revenue stream for our company. The Latin America DW Today newsletter has currently an annual subscription of $585 and was launched on Jan 1st 2011.

    I was in charge of the development of the DealWatch product for the entire Latin America region.     I was responsible for maintenance of online statistics in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Main Achieved Goal: - I wrote a Manual of Procedures for the Information Specialist which is currently used in the entire Latin America region and allowed standardization of criteria in gathering and incorporation of information.

    I was responsible for analysis of Argentine fisheries and their relationship with the international architecture to develop operational diagnoses of the sector. Achieved Goals: - I collaborated in the project to write the National Plan of Action to Prevent, Deter and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing (NPOA – IUU). The Project was eventually approved by the Federal Fisheries Council. (August 2007)
