2014 - Current
President - APJ
2022 - 2024
Hired by the new CEO to spearhead the turnaround of the APJ region. I reset the business to deliver the rapid maturation needed to increase market demand, acquire/expand more strategic customers and secure more sophisticated commercial contracts. In the first year, we exceeded ambitious sales quotas, achieved 120% of the new logo quota and exceeded operating margin budget. Additionally, we halved revenue churn and grew employee engagement from 64% to 92%. Critical to these results was uniting a previously disparate structure through a strong, clear vision and alignment, integrating operations, establishing a repeatable sales methodology and rationalising channel strategy. This was the first time the region had performed at or above budget for over 3 years.

Redefining market strategy, culture, environment and building recurring revenue as the key to value and sustained growth, I grew ARR bookings fivefold, signed the company's largest-ever deal and qualified for President’s Club. Furthermore, I created a solid succession plan and leadership mix, equipping the business well into the future.

Executive Vice President - APAC
2019 - 2021
Promoted to head sales for the entire APAC region, a billion-dollar plus revenue line and highly complex organisation., During my time in this role we undertook many bold initiatives including redefining and standardising the Salesforce GTM approach for APAC, eradicating thousands of legacy reports and dashboards used by hundreds of managers into a ‘single pane of glass’ and standardised leadership methodology. These changes radically reduced friction, improved collaboration and speed of execution and ultimately led to a significant improvement in performance (and performance management). These innovations have been adopted globally and are still in use today. During my time at Salesforce, I achieved quota 40/42 quarters, qualified for Presidents Club every year and twice for the Chairmans Club (Top 100 globally).
Senior Vice President - APAC Enterprise
2016 - 2019
Leading APAC Enterprise, Salesforce’s largest division, I transformed workplace dynamics and sales outcomes by establishing a high-performance culture, a fully invested support organisation and a leadership structure centred on standardised selling and people management principles. During this time, I led many of Salesforce's largest deals in the APAC region while re-energising and building a sustainable enterprise sales organisation.
