Joined in 2015 working in the Global Infrastructure Fund. I am responsible for sourcing, transaction execution, asset and portfolio management. Experience in greenfield, brownfield and M&A growth strategies, as well as across capital structure/capital markets raising and refinancing debt across multiple markets (corporate bank and bond, project finance, securitized markets), structured equity (mezzanine, preferred/junior) and common equity in private and public markets. Focus on freight logistics and digital infrastructure. Experience includes: - 2022: Take private of data center platform Switch, Inc. (NYSE: SWCH) with partners DigitalBridge, >$10 billion enterprise value - 2019: Acquisition of a 50% stake in a diversified portfolio of copper, zinc and lead concentrate terminal infrastructure assets. Partnered with a premier global trader in copper, zinc and lead - 2018 / 2022: Acquisition of a 37.5% stake in GCT, a multi-billion dollar enterprise value container terminal operator with operations in North America. >$1 billion enterprise value sale of GCT USA assets to CMA CGM Group. Prior - Acquisition of a 50% stake in to a company that holds a portfolio of refined product marine storage terminals operating on 5 continents, partnering with one of the world's largest energy traders. - Partial sell-down of transportation portfolio company - Asset management team member of Colonial Pipeline, VTTI, GCT, and Switch working closely with management and shareholders to drive business plans, budgets, operational execution, debt capital markets activity and capital allocation decisions

Joined in 2013 working in the infrastructure, utilities and renewables sector and real estate sector. Experience includes: - Advising a consortium on their successful bid for a multi-billion dollar design, construction and 30 year operating contract for trains to be provided to the QLD Government - Advising a global conglomerate on the operational restructuring of a generation asset (gas fired power plant) to optimise asset value and returns - Advising a consortium on their bid for the design, construction and 20 year operating contract for a new co-located (public and private) hospital to be built in NSW - Experience in regulated assets, generation assets (peak, base load and renewable) and transmission & distribution assets (gas and electricity, focused in the NEM)
