Atomico led a $38m Series C Extension, joining existing investors including Arena Holdings, DCM Ventures, DST Global, Global Brain, Globis Capital and World Innovation Lab.

Atomico led a $30m Series B with participation from existing investors Accel, Coatue & YC and new investors Atlassian Ventures, WiL, Guillermo Rauch (Vercel), Thomas Dohmke (GitHub) & Tobi Lütke (Shopify).

    Factorial is a Barcelona based all-in-one people-first automated HR management platform for SMBs globally that incorporates recruiting, onboarding, absence management, payroll, and time tracking amongst many other features into one horizontal platform. Atomico led a $120m Series C with participation from GIC and all existing investors including Creandum, CRV, K-Fund and Tiger Global. Factorial closed a subsequent $80m go-to-market investment from General Catalyst in April 2024.

Atomico co-led a $70m Series A with Balderton Capital and participation from existing investors Notion, Partech and CapitalT.

Atomico led a $100m Series C at an $800m valuation with participation from Salesforce Ventures, WiL, and existing investors Earlybird and IVP. Aiven raised a subsequent internal $60m Series C extension co-led by IVP and WiL at a $2b valuation in October 2021 and a $210m Series D at a >$3b valuation in May 2022 led by Eurazeo and BlackRock, with Atomico doubling down in both rounds.
