Contributed to scaling revenue from $500K to $4-5M+ ARR by leading product and design efforts as an early Head of Product. Built and helped grow the product team, bridging CEO and CTO organizations across Product, Design, GTM, and Engineering (50-person team including contractors). Owned three core product lines early on: 1) Credit Decisioning Engine: Integrated new external APIs and built an orchestration tool to automate underwriting processes. 2) Embedded Credit Operating System: Optimized loan origination workflows, enabling SMBs to manage applications and deal pipelines via onboarding and dashboards. 3) Lender Marketplace: Managed the platform matching SMBs with lenders offering tailored credit products based on lender partnerships. Grew the product team by mentoring and hiring an intern who became a full-time product manager leading the platform APIs team.
