MURAL is a collaborative intelligence company. We connect teams to unlock their potential, increasing the innovation capacity of the enterprise. MURAL creates a culture of effective collaboration — where everyone is connected, contributing, and empowered to deliver business-driving outcomes. The MURAL Collaborative Intelligence System™ centers around a digital whiteboard collaboration space, where teams work together in real-time or asynchronously. Consulting, innovation, product, information technology, and executive leadership teams collaborate visually with MURAL, using guided visual methods and Facilitation Superpowers™ features to connect and innovate. Joining forces with the LUMA Institute, MURAL is also transforming how teams work together with a mission to introduce millions to collaboration design. Collaboration design is a new discipline that brings relational intelligence and psychological safety to group interactions — taking aim at isolation and disconnection and helping teams solve problems together with playful, provocative methods of visual thinking. Coming in late 2022, MURAL aims to launch the Collaboration Design Institute™ (CDI). The CDI™ will offer training, curriculum development, certification, research, and consultation for professional collaboration designers.
Mural is a collaborative intelligence company generating effective ideation, innovation, alignment, and team building.

Co Founder
2011 - 2015
After selling the videogames company to Playdom/Disney, we started tinkering with ideas with Tiburcio de la Carcova. We were very curious about toys and explored the idea of helping people create toys online. We found Patricio Oliver, a illustrator and toy designer who was working with Kid Robot at the time. We helped him produce more toys and realized that the operations were painful, but that we could help other creators raise money for their projects, like Kickstarted did in the US. Given they were not planning to support Latin American creators we decided to start something up to help with gathering funds for creative initiatives. We helped many creators get started, like Elisa Insua who's now a great artist in Buenos Aires, but unfortunately the business didn't work out. We learnt lessons around how NOT to copy business models for other regions, how NOT to set up an org structure, and how NOT to premature scale businesses.
Creative Director
2010 - 2011
After the Disney acquisition, I helped create new games and integrate the teams in Buenos Aires and Mountain View.
Captain Melon / Co-founder & CEO
2005 - 2010
Founded in December 2005, Three Melons was a game studio based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, that started creating Web games for companies like LEGO, Disney, Warner Bros, Disney, Mattel, Audi, MTV, Discovery Networks, among others, with award winning games like LEGO Star Wars - The Quest for R2-D2: http://bit.ly/cZH7jA. After growing up, we launched Bola (http://www.facebook.com/playbola), a soccer game played by more than 20 million people in Facebook that reached 1 million daily active users during the FIFA World Cup 2010. The company was acquired by Playdom in March 2010.
Assistant Professor
2007 - 2007
Assisted groups of senior students in the creation of a business plan for a new company. Realized that I didn't have the patience to be a good teacher.
