Supervised project teams of 6-8 research coordinators, technicians, and physician investigators. In outpatient delivery setting, developed and managed clinical workflows, performed clinical and psychological patient assessments, processed laboratory specimens, used registration system to schedule appointments, scheduled urgent appointments and managed insurance authorizations for patients with outside providers, and worked with clerical staff to room patients, clean exam rooms, and ensure incident-free patient appointments.
