The JV startup aims to deliver hyper-productivity, decarbonization & resilience for leading industries. Deployed projects in Brazil and the US applying AI, ML, digital twins, and robotics in three Gerdau sites (mini-mills and integrated mills).

Global executive manager reporting to Gerdau Next's VP. Established the corporate venture capital fund's governance and structure and hired the team. Executed twelve direct investments for startups and funds and several divestments. Serve as a board member in several companies and funds.

I developed deep experience in risk management consulting, internal and external auditing, SQL databases, process mapping and redesign, internal controls, general IT controls and risk assessment. I also acquired experience in Sarbanes-Oxley internal auditing engagements. I led or participated in business, financial and accounting consulting engagements. Lastly, I joined in several financial due diligence projects for buy-side M&A, and strategic planning engagements with the Transaction Services team.
