With origin in Buenos Aires Argentina, since 2000 3Way solutions offers innovative products targeting on adding value to their customers. 2006-14 Director Strategic Planning Reporting to and working jointly with the company president, responsible for the development and implementation of corporate strategic planning for growth. Accomplishments included: - Developed a new business unit, Broadcasting Products. - Developed a spin-off company selling security surveillance products, Batten S.A. - Led the due diligence for a joint venture with Viditec S.A. - Identified, negotiated, and established reseller partnerships in Latin America in Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay, Venezuela and Miami. - Actively participated in product design, and interacted with programmers and technical specialists in digital video products. 2005-06 Sales Manager Responsible for identifying and developing relations with new distributors and meeting the needs of existing customers. Prepared marketing materials for all company products, trained technicians and sales representatives in communication and presentations. 2003-04 Administration and Operation Manager Responsible for coordinating the production operations, delivery and installation of over 150 products (digital video recorders) during the year.
