• Fully revamped fraud systems & operations, enabling pre-auth risk assessment, adding new friction mechanisms, and implementing a multi-vendor setup, ultimately reducing the Total Cost of Fraud by over $16M/year and increasing the fraud approval rate to >99% • Led a full payments stack replatforming (frontend, backend, data), boosting issuer authorization rates to >98.5% consistently • Supported the design & launch of an in-house US loyalty & rewards program, boosting customer retention and reducing acquisition costs • Defined and executed the product/partnership vision and strategy for both Payments & Fraud (up to ~$14B P&L), while outing the org structure, hiring, and execution plans for 6 product teams (product, eng, UX, QA, BI)
