Work Experience
Senior Market Development Manager, Immunology
2022 - Current
In my current role, I'm responsible for developing, communicating, and executing the strategic market development plans for our company's diagnostic portfolio. Our customers are hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare professionals. My goal with my team is to identify, prioritize, and overcome the barriers currently preventing broader adoption of our products at both global and regional levels. This is accomplished by gathering extensive information, literature analysis, key opinion leaders's interviews, patient testimonials, and using precise methods and tools adapted based on the regional and technical scope of the single project. The results define tactics with measurable goals, provide a simpler calculation of return on investment, and align with the company's long-term and short-term strategy. The task requires building cross-functional teams and seeking and maintaining alignment, commitment, and collaboration. Upstream and downstream communication is fundamental to success.
