    I created Fractional Partner because I believe that the best support for founders, startups, and investors isn’t always found in full-time hires or traditional agencies. Sometimes, what you really need is a partner you can trust — someone who can jump in, bring experience, and move things forward, without all the noise. Fractional Partner started as a platform to share real-world lessons from the startup and product world through a website and a podcast — and evolved into a place where founders and investors can find flexible, high-impact support when it makes sense. At this point, I’m focused on growing the knowledge side of Fractional Partner and continuing to build it for the long term. The platform provides real-time visibility, mobile accessibility, and actionable insights to help businesses operate more efficiently. I joined Stringbean’s Board of Advisors to provide strategic direction on product development and roadmap planning, ensuring the platform evolves to meet market needs and scales effectively. My focus has been on: • Assessing user engagement and identifying opportunities to improve retention and adoption. • Defining product priorities that enhance vendor management, workflows, and compliance tracking. • Integrating AI-driven automation to streamline vendor onboarding and task supervision. • Optimizing the onboarding experience with gamification and self-serve capabilities. • Refining the market positioning and sales strategy to drive adoption across key customer segments. Through data-driven analysis, customer insights, and a hands-on approach, I’m helping shape Stringbean’s next evolution, ensuring it delivers greater efficiency, accountability, and ease of use for property managers and enterprise clients.

    In a short time at Unbox Ventures, I’ve driven impactful results by recruiting 30 PhD graduates for our program through a combination of paid LinkedIn advertising and guerrilla marketing, including targeted email campaigns. I’ve also refined the long-term marketing strategy, introduced key subject matter experts to the team, and supported day-to-day operations in a lean and dynamic environment. My focus is on creating tangible value by connecting academia and entrepreneurship, empowering PhDs to transform their ideas into groundbreaking ventures.

    Founded in 2015, Water.io started with a mission to solve a medical condition through better hydration, inspiring the development of its IoT smart cap technology. Over the years, the company expanded into multiple industries, including pharma, beauty, and cleaning, and secured a commercial agreement with PepsiCo. Recently, it launched a direct-to-consumer smart water bottle that personalizes hydration goals and coaches users to stay hydrated. At Water.io, I championed a customer-centric approach, building a beta user group that actively shaped early developments.
