As President and Managing Director of the Uruguayan Insurtech Chamber: I represent the Chamber at an institutional level, serving as the main voice before government bodies, media, and events. I lead the overall strategies and ensure the fulfillment of the mission, vision, and objectives. I chair key meetings, such as those of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly. I oversee daily operations, supervising the execution of activities and services (events, training programs, advisory, etc.). I coordinate with the various committees (education, regulatory, innovation, etc.) to ensure initiatives move forward. I work closely with members and partners to align operations with the Chamber's strategic goals. I actively seek new members for the Chamber, manage their onboarding process, and present them with the opportunities and benefits of being part of the ecosystem. I develop personalized actions for each member, identifying ways to add value according to their specific goals and needs.

As the Head of Business Development and Member Relations, my responsibilities include: Business Development: 1- I identify new business opportunities and seek strategic partnerships that benefit our organization. 2- I develop and implement strategies to expand our membership base and increase member engagement. 3- I research and analyze the market to identify trends and needs that we can address. Member Relations: 1- I establish and maintain strong relationships with our current and potential members, ensuring they feel valued and heard. 2- I gather feedback from members and use it to improve our services and benefits. 3- I organize events and activities that foster member participation and commitment. Internal Collaboration: 1- I work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align our business development strategies with the organization’s overall goals. 2- I collaborate with the sales team to maximize membership growth and ensure we are meeting our objectives. Program Management: 1- I develop and manage member benefit programs that are attractive and relevant, ensuring that service standards are met. 2- I make sure that our members’ expectations are exceeded in every interaction. Reporting and Analysis: 1- I create reports on the progress of our business development initiatives and member relations. 2- I analyze performance metrics and set clear, achievable growth objectives. External Representation: 1- I represent our organization at industry events and conferences, building relationships with other organizations and stakeholders to strengthen our network.
