WINDOWS PHONE MARKETPLACE Charged with defining the applications and games marketplace user experience and feature set for the Windows Phone. Led collaboration with key stakeholders and partners and planning and execution across a 25-member, cross-functional engineering team. Initially joined this startup group that was chartered with defining the entertainment strategy for Windows Mobile, including podcasts, cloud syncing and media, social networking, and commerce.

OFFICE LIVE MEETING Following Microsoft’s acquisition of Placeware, joined this newly formed team to develop audio/video conferencing functionality and UX for Office Live Meeting (web conferencing solution). MSN AD-DELIVERY PLATFORM Sought out the opportunity to join this startup group chartered to build Ad delivery server infrastructure for MSN from scratch. As one of the first developers to join the team, we engineered a solution that scaled almost linearly to serve billions of ads daily with minimal hardware to all Microsoft sites including Hotmail, Bing, Carpoint, and MSN. WINDOWS CORE OS After earning an MS in Computer Science from USC, started career at Microsoft on a new team that had formed based on Microsoft’s acquisition of a code base for managing removable storage devices with Windows 2000 from HighGround System. Developed the RSM Notification Service.
