The London Treasury Liquidity Fund is an open £4bn fund, investing the treasury resources of a number of public sector bodies and managed by London Treasury Limited. The Investment Committee is tasked with providing challenge, scrutiny and advice concerning recommendations by the investment team in respect of investment activities of GLA Strategic Reserve LP, including the strategic asset allocation and the investment strategy of the Fund and investment proposals under the ‘Other Strategic Investments’ category of the Investment Strategy.
