Eva is leading a personal health movement that will allow millions of women to feel comfortable and in control of their breast health for the first time, with EvaClinic, a unique experience that works as an adjunct technology that detects malignant and benign anomalies through the thermal patterns from the breast in a completely non-invasive, pain and radiation-free way. As part of the leadership team, I was in charge of: - Execution of the launching plan and go-to-market strategy for Eva Center, our direct-to-customer service for breast cancer detection. In charge of defining pricing, distribution channels, logistics, brand and product positioning, and target market. • Restructure of the financial, operational, regulatory, and legal state of the company in Mexico, preparing the business for several product launches. • Definition of the administrative, financial, and regulatory policies for the Mexican market. • Lead the structure and creation of new business areas and hiring of new personnel. Areas include Growth/Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, HR, and Finance. • Creation and monitoring of annual business forecast, business, and growth plan. • Budget managing and fiscal and financial controls for sustainable growth. • Participation in fundraising activities for the extended Series Seed round, working closely with Julian, Eva´s CEO. Responsible for the market P&L, local business plan definition, and execution. Results: +40% YoY growth with a positive EBITDA, 180% YoY growth for the customer user base. Responsibilities: • Manager of eight direct reports (executive team), four indirect reports, and +150 people team in areas including growth and expansion, operations, customer service, sales, finance, legal, and product & BI. • Member of the global senior management team and contributor to defining the company strategy, product development roadmap, and growth performance for the local market. • Participant in several cross-functional and multi-national projects, including the global rollout of a new revenue and pricing model and the launch of a new cross-brand version of our driver app. • Responsible for implementing a local business review, changing the financial and operational structure to reach a positive EBITDA of 5%, and sustainable double-digit growth rates. • Elected General Manager for Maxi Mobility Mexico to lead the second phase of the local merge of Cabify and Easy Taxi operations after 1.5 years as country manager for Easy Taxi.

Auto Chilango is a mobile app that helps the largest community of car owners in Mexico to manage their vehicles. From government regulations to car insurance, AC provides real-time car-related information that helps people save time and money while keeping their cars in shape. At AC, I work with different business units designing and running different projects to archive ambitious growth objectives. Some of my responsabilities include > - Executing a mix of different user acquisition campaigns using offline, online, paid and organic channels, to maintain a 2-digits activation rate MoM. - Building a long-term user retention strategy by implementing omnichannel and time sensitive communications campaigns and new product improvements, with the objective of increasing our actuals retention KPIs, which are above the industry average. - Working closely with management team to explore and develop new commercial strategies and products to expand revenue streams. - Building technical and commercial infrastructure to sustain our expansion and growth initiatives, using data and the best of our company, our people.
