EAE is a leading business school part of Planeta Group, a mass media conglomerate that specialises in areas such as innovation and digitisation. In this MBA, I co-designed the course content and structure, recruited lecturers and planned and delivered seminars related to Innovation & Change Management.
Team Lead --Games Unit

In this position, I coordinated the conceptualisation and delivery of the department's strategy and production of new game ideas that were then delivered by a talented team of developers and artists. Upon my arrival at this this company, I proposed a new workflow that mixed data-mining with Motion Capture, which has then been used in the delivery of all its products. Such titles are being distributed worldwide and on multiple platforms. During this period, the company was acquired by a group, became sector leader and enjoyed an exponential growth regarding team size, revenues and accolades, incl. the delivery of several of the largest mocap projects ever. After 10 years working in product and strategy, right before COVID, I pivoted to a Marketing Lead position to balance work with fatherhood and a PhD.

Domus magazine ranked it among the top design schools in Europe. At Elisava, I am responsible for the design and delivery of modules that are part of the Entrepreneurship & Design Thinking Master’s course.
