● Founded TalkDoc as a telehealth technology company allowing up to 2M+ Medicaid clients in California to access mental health care, earning over $5MM in topline revenue and $2MM in peak topline annual revenue, with only $385K in external funding on SAFEs. ● Partnered TalkDoc (software org) with Csolutions Int. (previous company co-founded earning $100M revenue over an 8 year span) to significantly decrease mental health hospitalization rates, getting to approximately 1 in 200 patients hospitalized over a 3 year period, with most patients facing medium to severe mental illness. ● Engineered first iteration of backend codebase using Python, Flask, and AWS to facilitate video calls between doctors and patients, check eligibility automatically, and enable note taking. ● Managed team of 10 at peak operation level, including three software engineers, a product designer, and a product manager, following agile scrum development process with daily standups. ● Developed hiring and interview processes for software, product, design, and psychiatrist roles, hiring full time recruiter to manage candidate pipelines of 200+.

● Developed “Rooster” - a community where neighbors help, borrow, and share with one another for free to pay it forward in their communities; news coverage: Oregon Live, Katu, PDX Monthly. ● Achieved market share of 30% of households in Portland (75,000+ users in PDX), and many more households elsewhere; raised venture funding of $1.5M. ● Drove user growth from ~3,000 to 100,000+ users with lowest customer acquisition cost (CAC) in local space; achieved this user growth through extensive A/B testing, product iteration, and data-driven experiments. ● Created internal tools to measure and improve retention of users using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL; decreased cost of acquisition by almost 10X over a period of one year. ● Led and managed team of 3 software engineers, growing team to follow SDLC and agile best practices.
